open or run as admnistrator flash_tool.exe see below in image 2.0

after an open flash_tool.exe click on scatter load file /choose button see in image 3.0
scatter load/choose button img 3.0
then choose scatter.txt for example MT6753_Android_scatter.txt see below in image 4.0

dabble click left click on scatter.txt example MT6753_Android_scatter.txt shown in image 4.0 or open like img 5.0 below
open button 5.0
after open or dabble click left scatter.txt. Click Download button see in image 6.0 below
download button img 6.0
Connect USB cable on pc
now turn off your devices
hold volume down/up on devices for bootloader
Connect USB cable on devices
wait for the flash to complete
if there was no cache.img/bin or userdata.img/bin inside firmware folder. You might need to factory reset from recovery mode after flashing
